Creative Arts Centre

The Creative Arts Centre and Gallery was Gunnedah's Bicentennial project in 1988. The centre is home to Jean Insherwood's 'My Country' collection. This permanent water colour exhibition depicts the four centre verses of Dorothea Mackellar's 'My Country'. The centre is used for art and craft displays and exhibitions, craft classes, and community meetings. The gallery shop is open daily during cinema times and other times by arrangement.
