Welcome to the world famous Coober Pedy Opal Fields Golf Course, the only club in the world with reciprocal rights to Saint Andrews in Scotland, the home of golf. The golf club is located on the outskirts of Coober Pedy and the famous opal fields, 850 kilometres north of Adelaide. The course is a par 72, 18 holes and you use a piece of artificial grass when you hit the fairway with your ball, we use scrapes, sand soaked with sump oil. Come and have a round of golf on this famous course, clubs and round hire is available from Old Timers Mine in Coober Pedy and souvenirs are also available. Rounds can be had at any time once fees are paid. Season club rounds on Sunday.
